Motion 06062007-1: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson to dispense with the reading of the May 30, 2007 meeting.
Motion 06062007-2: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by James Wettlaufer to write confirmation of appointment of Patricia Caron as a pollworker in accordance to
MGL 268a Section 19.
7:15 p.m. Highway bids opened, received from Bond Construction Corp., Stan Kaitbenski, Inc., Palmer Paving Corp., Hi-Way Safety Systems, All States Asphalt, Inc., Northern Tree Service, Inc., Thomas Drilling and Blasting Corp., TM Paving & Excavating, Seal Coating, Inc.
Motion 06062007-3: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson to take bids under advisement and forward to Highway Surveyor.
Motion 06062007-4: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson to sign Tan loan renewals.
Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 06062007-5-: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson, all in favor, to adjourn the meeting at 7:27 p.m., all in favor.
